Wildman Health and Athletics
-Mark Wildman changed my life. He is truly a genius. I went from weighing 135 pounds to 115 pounds and dropped from a size 8 to a size 2. Not only did I lose weight but I became muscular, athletic and developed an entirely new healthy lifestyle that I never knew was possible. I am happier today than I have ever been. I am totally proud of my body and I want everyone to know that this possible. You don't need to be a teenager to look fit and beautiful. You can start now and do it the right healthy way. He kicked my ass, but you know what, my ass looks hot now. We love Mark because he truly cares. His passion for fitness is infectious.

-As a certified personal trainer, I have had plenty of experience with traditional training programs. None have proven as effective as Kettle bells. I have seen remarkable gains in strength, endurance and body composition in all of my clients. Kettle bell training is applicable to everyone from the professional athlete, to the weekend warrior. Whether the client wants to loose weight, gain muscle, or just have more energy to chase the kids around, there is a kettlebell program for him or her. For my own training, I choose to work with Mark Wildman simply because he is the best. He is completely unique: an innovative problem solver who is brilliant at program design and progression. He lives as an example and is truly inspiring. He has taken my fitness to levels I did not dream were possible. The bottom line: Mark gets results.

-I've been a personal trainer for over ten years. I've tried everything. I've done martial arts, gymnastics, H.I.T., capoeria, spinning, yoga, etc. I currently practice aerial arts, more specifically trapeze. So, you get the idea. The latest trends I try and I'm always skeptical. After my first experience with Mark and Kettlebells, I'm hooked. The results were immediate in a couple of ways. Afterwards I felt that clearly I had worked my whole body and in a integrated way. The other after effect and I wasn't prepared for was a great amount of energy and focus energy that permeated the rest of my work day. Not an andorphine high, that some workouts give you or exhausted feel good. Not a tranquil meditative high, that sometimes comes from yoga. It was focus, clear and even energy. That was enough to make it clear this was something, worth pursuing committedly.

-Mark Wildman inspires! I not only got in shape with Mark, but I've learned the greatest lesson: how to love working out and achieving my goals. His approach is holistic: I not only learned about kettlebells, nutrition, how to get in shape, and how the mechanics of the human body when it moves, but I learned about setting goals, achieving them, and moving on to the next goal. Mark combines intuition with scientific fact to train each person individually; the customized plan that has made me stronger, healthier, and happier. Mark's program combines cardio and weigh training and is efficient. Many of us "know" the right thing to do: stay away from sugar, eat our vegetables, but few of us do it. Mark walks the walk.
Let me give you the facts: I went from a size 6, 130 lbs, 26 waist to a size 2, 125 lbs, 24 waist in 3 months. Thanks Mark

- Mark Wildman (and that is his real name) was a friend of mine for several years before he became my trainer. I've had the unique opportunity to watch his understanding of training grow into an amazing synergy of styles that he now incorporates to help me (and others) strive toward complete physical well-being. He's come a long way, from doing countless numbers of reps with a standard curl and pull-up bar on the back deck of his house at USC, to developing techniques utilizing kettle-bells, yoga, marital arts, and advanced fitness theory. Therein lies his greatest strength as a teacher. He is always taking in new information and styles relating to fitness and passing that knowledge on to students as well as allowing it to enhance the workouts he prescribes. I have been involved in athletics and weight training since junior high, but had never looked forward to working out. I do now. We train outdoors, barefoot, using new and interesting equipment and exercises. It seems like a no-brainer but if you put yourself in an environment that stimulates you, you are more likely to stick with whatever you happen to be practicing in that environment. For me (and many others) having to go to a gym actually makes it harder to stick to a plan. Mark also helps me understand why I'm doing the exercises, how best to achieve my goals, and pushes me (without being a drill sergeant) to places that I didn't know I could go. It's good times. Check it out.
