Please help me to understand you situation better.  Please tell me your:


  1. Bullet    Full name

  2. Bullet    Age

  3. Bullet    Height

  4. Bullet    Weight

  5. Bullet    Married - children?  tells me about your time availability. 

  6. Bullet    Occupation - This one is huge.  It tells me volumes about your environment, activity level, stress levels, etc.  Lawyer = high stress, sits for long periods.  Stunt man = back catalog of injuries a mile long.  Stripper/Pole Dancer = very strong and sleeps in

  7. Bullet    Location - where are you?  Loft liver, condo, house, los feliz, hollywood, japan.  How far from work.

  8. Bullet    Do you commute. - how much time in a car a day?

  9. Bullet    Schedule - 9-5, 4 -2, 5 - midnight.  floating.

  10. Bullet    Medical History - Have you had heart surgery (people forget to mention that)? Do you have any chronic conditions? Do you take medication? History of surgery??

  11. Bullet    Accident History - did you get kicked in the head by a horse as a child, did you fall off of the top of a cheerleading pyramid, did you fall off a mountain and break both hips.  All useful information.

  12. Bullet    Smoker - Don’t lie. I’m not going to judge you.

  13. Bullet    Drinker - Do you have any functioning internal organs left.

  14. Bullet    Dietary Habits - Raw food, fast food?

  15. Bullet    Hobbies/Sports - This lets me know if you are targeting any specific attributes.


If you can think of anything else pertinent i should know, tell me.  There are an infinite number of different ways to organize a fitness/health strategy.  The more information you give me the better the response you will get.
